Tell us what you are building
Email us or book a 30-minute scoping call. We reply within one business day, and the first call costs nothing.
Three ways to start
Pick whichever is easiest. If we are not the right fit we will tell you on the first call rather than wasting your time.
Email us
hello@anvilstead.com — the fastest route. A paragraph about the product is enough to get started.
Book a 30-min call
A free scoping call. We ask about the product, the users and what already exists, and you get a written summary afterwards.
Send a spec or an RFP
If you already have a written scope, send it over. We will come back with questions and a fixed-price proposal.
When we are online
A real overlap window, not a promise
The time difference is a working-hours fact, not a marketing line — here is exactly when you can reach us live.Overlap with Europe
20:00–23:00 CET, every working day. Your end of day is our morning — you usually wake up to yesterday’s progress already pushed.
Overlap with North America
14:00–17:00 ET, every working day. Morning on the US East Coast is the end of our working day.
Everything else is written
No meeting needed to know where things stand: updates, decisions and demos are recorded and linked in your tracker.
Languages
We work in English. Calls, documentation, tickets and commit messages are all in English.
Have a project in mind?
Send one paragraph: what it is, who it is for, and roughly when you need it.We will reply with questions and a next step — no sales sequence.
