What we do

Three things, done properly

We are deliberately narrow. If you need one of these three, we are a good fit — if you need something else, we will tell you instead of pretending.

App development

Native or cross-platform mobile apps — iOS, Android or both from one codebase. Built to pass App Store and Google Play review.

Custom software

Web apps, SaaS products, internal tools, APIs and the backends behind them. Access control, billing, reporting, integrations — the parts that actually take time.

Web development

Showcase websites with a news section and an AI assistant built in — fast, editable, and structured so both search engines and AI answer engines can read them.

Product & UI design

Wireframes, clickable prototypes, design systems and a UI kit your future developers can actually follow. Design decisions documented, not just drawn.

Integrations & data

Payments, CRM and ERP systems, email, analytics, third-party APIs. We make the outside services talk to your product reliably.

Launch, maintain, improve

Deployment, monitoring, backups and a documented handover — plus the ongoing work of keeping a news section alive and an AI assistant answering accurately.

Why teams pick us

Senior people, no hand-offs, no surprises

A small studio, on purpose

We take a handful of projects at a time so every one of them gets senior attention. That is the whole model.

One team owns your project

From kickoff to launch you talk to the same people who write the code. No account manager relaying messages, no new faces after the contract is signed.

Fixed scope, fixed price

After a short scoping call you get a written quote with milestones. It does not move unless the scope moves — and then we agree it in writing first.

You get your code back

Your repository, your accounts, your domains. We commit from day one so you can watch the progress and keep everything at the end.

Working across time zones

Your daytime is our build time

Based in China, working to your hours — and your calendar.

A real overlap window

We hold 20:00–23:00 CET (14:00–17:00 ET) free every working day for calls, demos and reviews, so nothing waits until the next morning.

Everything in writing

Written updates, recorded walkthroughs and decisions in the ticket. You never have to reconstruct a meeting to know where things stand.

Weekly demo, every week

A working build you can click, not a status report. If a week produced nothing demoable, you will hear that too.

Distributed team collaborating over a video call

Deliverables

What you actually receive

You are buying a product you can run without us — not a dependency.

A working product

Deployed to your infrastructure or ours, with the app submitted to the stores and the site live on your domain.

The full source code

Every commit in a repository you control, with a README that lets another developer pick it up without calling us.

Architecture & runbook docs

How it is put together, how to deploy it, what to do when something breaks, and which credentials live where.

30 days of aftercare

Bugs found in the first 30 days after handover are fixed at no cost. After that, a support retainer if you want one.

Product wireframes and documentation on a desk

Four steps from idea to launch.

Step one: Scoping call

Thirty minutes, free. We go through what you are building, who it is for and what already exists. You get a short written summary of what we heard.

Step two: Proposal and quote

Within three business days: scope, milestones, timeline, tech stack and a fixed price. Written down, no hidden line items.

Step three: Build in milestones

Design and architecture signed off first, then build in two-week milestones. Weekly demo, payment per completed milestone.

Step four: Launch and hand over

Store submission, deployment, monitoring, documentation and a walkthrough recording. Then 30 days of aftercare.

Service lines

We have built these before

Four systems we shipped and still look after — from a multi-tenant measurement platform to a B2B/B2C storefront. Full case notes on the work page.

Mobile apps

iOS, Android or both. Store submission and review included.

Web apps & SaaS

Accounts, billing, dashboards, admin tools and APIs.

Websites

Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast and rank.

E-commerce & orders

Catalogues, checkout, payment gateways, order records and returns — for clients who sell. Our own site has no cart because it sells nothing.

System modernisation

Rescue a stalled project or replace something nobody can maintain.

Support retainers

Ongoing development, monitoring and small changes by the month.

APIs & integrations

Make your product talk to the tools your business already runs on.

Technical documentation

So the next developer — in-house or ours — is not guessing.

Launch support

Store review, analytics, monitoring and alerts.

How we got here

A product team that turned into a delivery studio

The habits that make delivery predictable were learned building our own products first.

  1. We built products of our own

Before taking client work we designed, built and shipped our own mobile products — which is where store review, release discipline and analytics habits came from.

  2. Mobile became the main line

Android and iOS work took over. Native builds, store submission, crash reporting and staged rollouts became routine.

  3. Fixed scope and two-week milestones

We moved away from open-ended hourly work: every project gets a written scope, a fixed price and something demoable at the end of each milestone.

  4. AI features inside real products

Assistants, transcription, smart search and content tooling — shipped inside products, with data handling documented for review.

  5. Working with teams in North America and Europe

English-first, async by default, with a daily overlap window and the full source always landing in the client’s repository.

How we work:Clear scope, fixed price, weekly demo, and everything in your repository from day one.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions clients ask before signing. If yours is not here, just ask.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, and we quote it in writing after the scoping call — a fixed price per milestone, not an open-ended hourly estimate. The pricing page explains how we structure quotes and what changes the number.

How long does it take?

A marketing site is usually 2–4 weeks. An app MVP is typically 8–12 weeks. Larger software builds run in two-week milestones, and you see a working demo at the end of each one.

How do we work together across time zones?

We hold 20:00–23:00 CET (14:00–17:00 ET) free every working day for calls and demos; everything else is written and async. Updates land in your tracker, so you are never waiting on a meeting to know where things stand.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Work is committed to a repository you control from the first week. Your accounts, your domains, your credentials — we do not hold anything hostage.

How do payments work?

For our own invoices: fixed-scope projects are split across milestones, retainers are billed monthly in advance, and we invoice in USD payable by bank transfer or PayPal (link sent with the invoice). Separately, if you need payments built into your product — checkout, gateways, order records — that is work we do.

What if we already have a half-finished product?

That is a common starting point. We audit what exists, tell you honestly whether it is cheaper to continue or rebuild, and only then quote the work.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes, we sign your NDA before the scoping call if you want one. We can also provide a mutual NDA if you do not have a template.
