Pricing
Fixed scope, fixed price
We do not bill by the hour on defined work. After a scoping call you get a written price per milestone — and a list of what would change it.
Three ways to engage us
Starting points. Every project is quoted in writing after the scoping call.
Project
Fixed scope, paid per milestone
Marketing sites start here; apps and platforms are quoted higher
- Written scope, assumptions and exclusions
- Fixed price per milestone — no hourly meter
- A working demo at the end of each milestone
- Source code in your repository from week one
- 30 days of aftercare after handover
Retainer
Ongoing development and maintenance
For products that are live and keep changing
- A reserved block of development time each month
- Bug fixes, small features and content changes
- Dependency and security updates
- Monitoring and backups kept working
- Monthly written summary of what changed
Small changes
For clients already live with us
Billed in 15-minute increments, approved before we start
- Small edits outside an agreed scope
- Consulting calls beyond the free scoping call
- Emergency fixes (we prioritise these first)
- Estimated before the work starts, always
- Only offered to clients with a live product
What actually changes the number
Most quotes move for one of these reasons. Knowing them early saves you money.

No guessing
How a quote gets built
Scoping call (30 min, free)
What it is, who it is for, what already exists. No cost, no obligation, no sales deck.
Written scope (within 3 business days)
Screens, user roles, data, integrations — plus explicit assumptions and exclusions.
Milestones and price
Each milestone lists what it delivers and what it costs. Deposit to start, then per milestone.
Change control
Scope changes are written down, estimated and approved before we build them — never absorbed silently.
Pricing questions
The commercial questions clients ask before signing.
Why not just charge by the hour?
Because hourly billing rewards slow work. On a defined scope we quote a price and carry the risk of estimating it wrong — that is our problem, not yours.
How are payments scheduled?
Fixed-scope projects: a deposit before start, then a payment tied to each completed milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We invoice in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in USD. Payment is by international bank transfer or PayPal. For PayPal we send a payment link with the invoice — it carries the exact amount and reference, so nothing is paid against a guess. We do not put a payment button or checkout on this website, because we are not a store. Fixed-scope projects: a deposit before start, then a payment tied to each completed milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What if we cancel mid-project?
You pay for the milestones completed and received, and you keep the code and documentation produced so far. Nothing is held back.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Project work runs to the agreed milestones. Retainers are month to month and can be stopped with notice — we would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
Is the price fixed even if you underestimate?
Yes, for the agreed scope. If we misjudged our own effort, that is on us. The price only changes if you change the scope, and then only after written approval.
Want a number for your project?
Thirty minutes on a call is usually enough for us to give you a range, and three business days for a fixed quote.
