GEO Studio — AI visibility measurement platform
A multi-tenant platform that measures and improves how a brand appears in AI-generated answers. Central administration plus an isolated workspace per client, ten agent services doing the recurring work (title extraction, article generation, illustration, knowledge upkeep, publishing, review), and an audited publishing pipeline whose raw engine answers are archived so a result can be re-derived rather than taken on faith.

Food processing equipment storefront
A storefront for a manufacturer of food and material processing equipment selling into North America, Europe and Asia. Built on WordPress and WooCommerce around one awkward fact: spare parts should be buyable in three clicks, and a configured machine cannot be. Catalogue by series, four branching returns routes, order tracking behind two matching keys, enquiry forms that ask for material and target output, and a Chinese publishing menu for the client’s own team.

Consumer social app — Android & HarmonyOS
A native social application: feeds, interest halls, real-time group rooms, direct and group chat, one-to-one voice and video calling, and an in-app assistant. Built natively for Android with a separate HarmonyOS client and a shared backend, including store submission and release engineering.

Corporate sites, run as one estate
Several production marketing sites built and then operated together: shared security rules, log rotation, WAF rules, SEO and structured data. The work covered the initial build, the animation and performance layer, and the daily maintenance that keeps them fast, secure and indexed. One of them is our own GEO practice site, which we had audited layer by layer in public — gaps included.

Read the case note and the audit
A note on scope. One of the case notes above is a working store with checkout and order records, because that client sells machines. Building that is part of what we do, and we would do it again. What is different about this website is simply that it sells nothing, so it has no cart and no payment button — nothing more should be read into it.

- An internal admin console for content operations, article publishing and publishing-platform sync.
- A reusable WordPress theme product, built from a client site with all client content stripped out.
- Analytics and crawler monitoring: distinguishing real search-engine crawlers from impersonators, and blocking the impersonators automatically.
Some client work is covered by confidentiality agreements, so it cannot be shown here. On a call we can walk through comparable systems and answer questions about how they were built.
