Services

App, software and showcase sites

Three service lines, each with a written scope, a fixed price and something demoable every week. Most client work is a showcase website with a news section and an AI assistant on it; the harder builds are apps and custom software.

Service 01

App development

Mobile apps — usually 8 to 12 weeks for a first release

We start with the smallest version that real users can use, ship it, and grow it from there.

Typical deliverables

A published iOS and/or Android app, the backend it talks to, store listings, and release automation so updates are not a manual ritual.

How we choose the stack

If one codebase is enough, we build cross-platform. If the product leans on device APIs, background work or heavy media, we build native instead and say why.

What is included

Store submission and review handling, crash reporting, analytics, staged rollout, and a release process your team can keep running.

Not a good fit if

You need a prototype to raise money in 72 hours, or you already have a fixed design and only want the cheapest possible coding hands.

Service 02

Custom software

Custom software — quoted in two-week milestones

Every milestone ends with something you can log into and click, and a payment tied to it.

Typical deliverables

A production web application: authentication and roles, the data model, business logic, admin tooling, reporting and an API where other systems need one.

What makes it expensive

Not the screens. The rules: permissions, state transitions, money, audit trails, integrations and the reporting someone will ask for six months later.

Common starting points

A SaaS product, an internal tool replacing spreadsheets, a portal for your customers or suppliers, or an API layer in front of a legacy system.

What we need from you

Access to the people who actually make the decisions, a sample of the real data, and a single point of contact who can approve scope.

Service 03

Showcase websites, news and an AI assistant

Showcase sites — news and AI assistant included, usually 2 to 4 weeks

The shape we build most often: a site that presents the business, keeps publishing news, and answers visitors at 2am.

A showcase site, built to convince

What you do, who you do it for, proof, and a clear next step. Company, product and portfolio sites — structured so a first-time visitor understands you in one scroll.

A news section you actually keep using

Categorised news and updates with an editor your team can use: industry notes, company news and case updates, each with its own listing page and structured data for search engines.

An AI assistant on the site

A streaming chat assistant trained on your own content: services, pricing ranges, process, availability. It answers the repeat questions and hands the visitor to a human on WhatsApp when it should.

Built to be found

Clean structure, real performance budgets, sitemaps, metadata and the machine-readable signals that AI answer engines look for.

Stores, when you sell

A catalogue, checkout, payment gateways, order records and returns handling — built for clients whose business needs to take payment online. We have shipped these; this website just has no cart of its own.

How we work

From first call to handover

Scoping call (30 minutes, free)

You describe the product; we ask the uncomfortable questions. You leave with a written summary of what we understood.

Proposal (within 3 business days)

Scope, assumptions, milestones, timeline and a fixed price — including what is explicitly out of scope.

Build (two-week milestones)

Design and architecture signed off first. After that, a working demo and a written update at the end of every milestone.

Launch and hand over

Deployment, store submission where relevant, documentation, a walkthrough recording, and 30 days of aftercare.

Project milestones
What we do not do:We do not sell a discovery phase you did not ask for, we do not bill by the hour on fixed-scope work, and we do not disappear after launch.

Not sure which of the three you need?

Most projects are a mix — an app plus a backend plus a site.Tell us the outcome you want and we will tell you what it takes.
